The Metapace K-1 cash drawer comes in black, white, glossy white, and stainless steel, measuring 410x114x415 mm. Each drawer includes an insert with 6 compartments for notes, 8 for coins, and 1 for receipts. It connects directly to cash printers via an RJ12 cable. A 12V version is also offered.
Accessories for the K-1 include coin inserts for various currencies such as euro, CHF, NOK, SEK, HUF, DKK, CZK, and RUB that replace the standard coin insert; replacement locks and keys; rubber feet; rollers; and mounting brackets for under-counter installation. Conversion kits allow modification of the bill compartment layout from the standard 4 vertical and 2 horizontal compartments to 4 or 8 horizontal compartments.
