Shipping and Return Policy

RISolutions is the operator of https://risolutions.eu. By placing an order via this website, you agree to the terms set out below. These terms are provided to ensure mutual clarity and to protect the interests of both parties.

RISolutions primarily serves business customers (B2B). Consumer rights apply only where legally required.

1. General

All orders are subject to availability. RISolutions strives to display accurate and up-to-date stock information, but discrepancies may occur.

If a product is not (fully) available, RISolutions reserves the right to deliver the available products and to deliver the remaining products later or cancel them. In such case, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate solution, including backorder or refund.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the order.

Shipping costs are charged at the time of purchase and are considered final, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Returns

For business customers (B2B), returns are only accepted after prior written request and explicit written approval by RISolutions. Returns without prior authorization will not be processed and may be refused or returned at the sender’s expense.

In B2B transactions, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. RISolutions is therefore not obliged to accept returned goods. Any acceptance of returns is granted solely as a gesture of goodwill and under the conditions set by RISolutions.

If a return is accepted, RISolutions reserves the right to charge restocking fees of up to 18% of the original order value. In addition, administrative costs, handling costs and any depreciation of the product may be charged separately.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely at the expense and risk of the customer.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Returns must be shipped within a reasonable period after approval.
  • Products must be returned unused, undamaged and – where reasonably possible – in their original packaging.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, missing parts or damaged packaging may be refused or subject to additional costs or depreciation.
  • Custom-made products, special orders, software, licenses, consumables and personalized products are excluded from return, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the customer fails to comply with the return conditions, RISolutions is entitled to refuse the shipment, return it or charge costs for storage, handling and/or processing.

RISolutions reserves the right at all times to refuse a return without stating reasons or to impose additional conditions.

3.1 Returns by consumers

If and to the extent that a consumer purchase applies, the consumer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is returned undamaged, complete and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer and will not be reimbursed.
  • Returns must be arranged by the customer.
  • After receipt and approval, only the value of the returned goods will be refunded via the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless legally required.
  • The product may be unpacked and tested only to the extent necessary to determine its nature and functionality.
  • Damage, signs of use or unnecessarily opened packaging may result in depreciation which will be deducted from the refund.
  • No restocking fees are charged for consumer returns.

3.2 Warranty claims

RISolutions applies only the manufacturer's warranty and handles warranty claims in accordance with applicable Dutch law.

  • The customer must pay shipping costs for warranty claims in advance.
  • These costs will be reimbursed if the warranty claim is accepted.
  • After confirmation, the customer may choose replacement or refund.
If a business falsely presents itself as a consumer or improperly claims consumer rights, all consumer protections and statutory rights shall lapse.

Returned products must be sent in their original packaging and packed in an outer box. Directly taping the original packaging is discouraged and may result in depreciation.

4. Delivery conditions

4.1 Delivery time Netherlands and Benelux

Orders placed on working days before 17:00 are generally shipped the same day.

The estimated delivery time within the Netherlands and the Benelux is typically 1 to 2 working days.

4.2 Delivery time other European countries

For other European countries, the estimated delivery time is typically 2 to 6 working days, depending on the destination and carrier.

4.3 Delivery time outside the European Union

For destinations outside the European Union, the estimated delivery time is typically 2 to 20 working days, depending on the country, carrier and customs processing.

4.4 Change of delivery address

  • Address changes are only possible before shipment.
  • RISolutions is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

4.5 PO Box addresses

Delivery to PO box addresses is only possible via postal services and not via courier services.

4.6 Military addresses

Delivery to military addresses is possible via postal services, but not via courier services.

4.7 Out of stock

If an item is out of stock, shipment may be delayed until the product becomes available. Other items will be reserved where possible.

4.8 Delay

Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation, cancellation or any claim.

5. Track & Trace

After shipment, the customer will receive a tracking link to follow the shipment.

6. Damaged shipments

If a package is visibly damaged upon delivery, the shipment must be refused and RISolutions must be contacted immediately.

If damage is discovered after delivery, it must be reported as soon as possible.

7. Taxes & duties

7.1 VAT

VAT is included in the prices shown on the website unless stated otherwise.

7.2 Import duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and other charges upon arrival in the destination country.

  • These costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the customer refuses to pay these charges, the shipment may be returned at the customer's expense.
  • In such case, only the value of the goods will be refunded, minus return costs.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped.

RISolutions reserves the right to charge costs in case of cancellation.

9. Insurance

Shipments are insured according to the conditions of the carrier.

9.1 Damaged parcels

Refund or replacement will be processed after completion of the carrier’s investigation (typically 7–14 working days).

9.2 Lost parcels

Refund or replacement will be processed once the carrier has declared the parcel lost (typically 14–30 working days).
